SHIPPING & DELIVERY

As of December 1st, 2025, we've transitioned to batch shipping to accommodate a significant increase in orders. Orders are now shipped out in batches rather than individually to ensure we can maintain quality while meeting demand.

Once your order is included in a batch shipment, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery typically takes up to 10 business days after shipment, depending on your country.

SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT & BILLING

Customers who subscribe to recurring deliveries are responsible for managing their own subscription settings, including cancellation, pause, or modification of delivery frequency.

Subscription charges are processed automatically according to the billing cycle selected at checkout, and orders are processed immediately upon rebilling. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. However, once a rebill occurs and the order is processed, that order is not eligible for a refund unless the product arrives defective or damaged.

We send reminder emails prior to each billing cycle to help customers manage their subscriptions effectively.
