  • REQUIRED: Return all 3 empty pouches from your 90-day supply
  • Consistent daily use (2 capsules per day) for the full 90-day period
  • Please save all empty pouches - do not dispose of them

  2. Receive return authorization and free shipping label within 24-48 hours
  3. Ship back all 3 empty pouches using the provided label
  4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days once we receive your return

What We Refund:

  • Full product price for all bottles purchased during the 90-day period
  • We'll cover return postage with a free shipping label and deduct a small $8 processing fee

What We Don't Refund:

  • The $8 processing fee
  • Orders placed through third-party retailers or marketplaces
  • Claims where empty pouches are not returned

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at skincare@mansense.co with photos. We'll send a replacement at no charge—no need to return the damaged item.

Order Issues:
